1. WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?

You can use any of the payment types listed below to pay for your order:

Credit, Debit card, PayPal or direct bank transfer in USD. 

Credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by both us and the card issuer.  You may be presented with 3D secure security measures when paying. This is dependent on your bank issuer and may require you to enter a password or get a security code via email or phone. 

3. WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME AND PRICE?

4. WHAT IF I WANT TO MAKE CHANGES OR REQUEST CORRECTIONS?

You will inform us via email or call directly. In case it’s your change of mind, we’ll charge the additional request. In case it’s our editor’s fault, we’ll edit until you are happy for free.

5. CAN I CHOOSE ONE EDITOR FOR ALL OF MY PROJECT TO GET CONSISTENT OUTPUT QUALITY?

We have a dedicated team, rather than one editor, to be able to handle your volume fluctuations. They are trained with your styles before working on your account to ensure the quality is consistent.
