Our retouchers work from 7:30 AM Monday to 10:30pm Saturday (GMT +7 time zone). We have people on duty on Sunday but only for urgent situations.
How much is your editting and do you have volume discount?
Our pricing varies from client to client, depending on your input and output requirements. Depending on your volume, we might have a special discount. Please contact our Business Development team with your indicated volume to discuss further.
What shooting input can ProArt.D handle?
We handle all types of shooting input, single exposure, single flash, HDR (merged or unmerged), multiple flashes, and ambients.
What if I want to make changes or request corrections?
You will inform us via email or call directly. In case it’s your change of mind, we’ll charge the additional request. In case it’s our editor’s fault, we’ll edit until you are happy for free.
What is ProArt.D 's turnaround time? Do you offer rush delivery editing?
On average, 12 hours. That might be less or more, depending on your requirement level and service level agreement with Esoft.
We averagely take 4 hours for rush orders but that might take longer if your order size is massive.
Can I choose one editor for all of my project to get consistent output quality?
We have a dedicated team, rather than one editor, to be able to handle your volume fluctuations. They are trained with your styles before working on your account to ensure the quality is consistent.
