Once we’ve received all the necessary materials, the first draft will be delivered in 5-8 business days. After you’ve approved the final draft, the final images will be delivered within 1-2 business days.
If you need the pictures before the stipulated time, inform our sales rep before the start of the project and we’ll confirm the possibilities.
The first three correction rounds are free of charge. With further changes afterwards, additional charges may apply. Make sure you have obtained feedback from all relevant stakeholders before sending back a change request.
Changes in the original input will result in an additional charge or will be regarded as a new order depending on the workload variation.
We will store your working files and your high-resolution images for 6 months after the final version. Any modifications after the removal of the working files will count as a new order. If you’d like to store the files for longer, this can be done with extra cost for storage purchase.
